TutuEdit

Pixelate and blur out parts of a photo

Cover faces, licence plates and ID numbers. Runs locally — nothing is uploaded.

Drop an image in, drag a box over what you want hidden, and it is done. No sign-up, no limits.

Everything happens in your own browser, so the picture never reaches a server. Block size goes from 4 to 128 pixels, and Gaussian blur is available as an alternative. Video is not supported — use TutuCut for that.

FAQ

Can pixelation be reversed?
Not once you have downloaded it — the pixels really are gone. But before you download, Ctrl+Z takes you back.
Do I need an account? Is it paid? Any limits?
None of those. No sign-in, no payment, no usage cap, and we add no watermark.
Is my image uploaded to your server?
No. The whole thing is computed in your own browser — we never receive the file.
Can I pixelate a video?
No. This tool only handles images. For video, use TutuCut.
