Does TutuEdit have Photoshop's Generative Fill?

Yes. Roughly circle the part you want to change with the marquee or lasso, and “✨ Change this to…” appears on the canvas; write one sentence (say “put on a pair of glasses” or “remove the passer-by”) and the AI works on that area. The AI decides how far the change needs to reach; if you want it strictly inside the selection, just say “only inside the selection”. The result is a new layer with a mask: if it shows too much or too little you adjust only the mask, no re-generation, and Ctrl+Z undoes it in one step. This step sends the area you circled to the cloud — no sign-in, with a free daily allowance. For removing small distractions on plain or simple backgrounds, or extending the canvas a little, the local Content-Aware Fill and Expand Image are enough — free, unlimited, nothing uploaded while processing. Removing unwanted things from a picture and extending the canvas outward don't need a large model to be done well, so we implemented both locally. Super Resolution → local upscaling (interpolation, not AI super-resolution)

Local upscaling uses high-quality interpolation (the Upscale image page adds an adjustable sharpening pass), so edges come out cleaner than a plain stretch — but it can't invent detail the original never had. No subscription, no daily cap.

PSD still opens, layers and all

Drag in a .psd someone sent you: layers, groups, masks and text survive, and you can save back to PSD. Nobody on your side needs Photoshop installed.
