Does the cutout upload my product photos?

No. The model file downloads once (about 100MB), after which inference happens entirely inside your browser — during the cutout your images are never uploaded to any server. You can verify this yourself: open your browser's developer tools network panel and you won't see a single request carrying image data during the cutout. (When you're signed in, the editor also saves your work automatically to your own cloud projects — that's saving, not the cutout.)
